General •Travel fees added during the order process cover expenses for Harmon Property Solutions (HPS) Field Team members. Additional travel fees may apply if multiple team members (e.g., videographers, drone operators, appraisers) are required to travel to the property. •Certain property types (multi-family, duplex, etc) or complex assignments may require a custom quote. Our team will reach out to discuss and finalize custom quotes if necessary. •Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified. Usage rights for any deliverables begin once the invoice is paid in full. •HPS reserves the right to refuse service for properties or assignments that violate local laws or regulations. •Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and access to the property as required for service completion. •HPS is not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, property access, or incorrect information provided by the client. •HPS Team members are not responsible for moving/cleaning personal property for any services. •These terms and conditions apply to all current and future assignments.
Property Measurements •The "Livable Area" stated on the bottom of the sketch page reflects areas meeting NCREC criteria for Living Area. The summary section provides a breakdown of other areas, which may include finished below-grade spaces that should be reported separately in the MLS. •Measurements are approximate and generally considered acceptable within a 5% variance compared to other measurements of the same property. •Differences in tools and methods, such as using laser devices, measuring tapes, or rounding dimensions, may result in variations. Measurements are conducted in compliance with NCREC guidelines and ANSI standards. •HPS assumes all improvements are fully permitted and compliant with local building codes. If any areas are in question, it is the listing agent's responsibility to verify permits before advertising square footage in the MLS. •Notify HPS of any finished but non-permitted areas before assignment completion. •HPS does not verify the number of bedrooms permitted by a septic tank. It is the clientÃ's responsibility to confirm this with the septic permit before advertising bedroom counts in the MLS.
MLS Data Collection •MLS data is collected based on the field team member’s inspection of the home, and the information provided by the client and verified to the best of our ability. •Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming all data before submission to the MLS. •HPS is not liable for discrepancies or errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate information.
Photography •HPS retains ownership of all images captured during the assignment. •Clients, as noted on the invoice, may use the images for the life of the listing and for personal marketing purposes once the invoice is paid in full. •Clients are responsible for preparing the property (e.g., cleaning, staging) before the photography appointment. •Usage rights granted are non-exclusive. Any use by third parties requires the photographer’s prior written consent. •Images do not include a property release. HPS is not liable for any use of images requiring a property release. •Weather-related reshoots may incur a trip charge. •By engaging our services, the client authorizes HPS to enter the property and take photographs and confirms they have the authority to grant such permission. •The client agrees to indemnify and defend HPS against any claims or expenses arising from services provided.
Virtual Tours •Virtual tours are produced using advanced technology to ensure accurate and visually appealing representations. •Clients are responsible for preparing the property (e.g., cleaning, staging) before the virtual tour appointment. •Usage rights for virtual tours are non-transferable and begin once the invoice is paid. •HPS reserves the right to refuse service for properties that violate local ordinances or safety regulations.
Videography •HPS retains ownership of all video footage captured during assignments. •Clients may use video content for the life of the listing and for personal marketing purposes once the invoice is paid in full. •Video edits and revisions beyond the initial edit may incur additional fees. •Property access must be provided for all areas required for filming. Restrictions may affect the final product.
